Our Approach

We're in search of businesses to build.  We understand that business comes down to the people involved, and we're good at working with them.  We know how to cut a fair deal and get down to business, whether we're negotiating an acquisition of your whole company or a growth equity infusion.  Most importantly, we're interested in leading and operating the companies we acquire, so owners can move on if they desire.

Resources

We have direct access to $10 million of equity capital in the personal accounts of our partners.  We don't need to round up equity capital like most groups do, and thus we're able to make our own decisions and be efficient with your time.  Through a broader syndicate of relationships, we have access to up to $25 million of equity capital per transaction.
